Our Honey is taken straight from the hive, extracted and strained by hand and poured into jars. This means Dower House Honey is pure, we don’t add anything; it’s just how nature intended. This minimalist process allows the honey to retain its signature flavour, specific to the area it was collected, at that time of year.
